I am not sure how this place is allowed to stay in business. It is becoming known as the white trash area in Redmond WA . When they first opened they did offer local produce for reasonable prices but now I haven’t been in there in awhile mainly because the produce started getting rotten and by the looks of the place you can see why.

Who is calling this area by that moniker? I have never heard that before. Clearly you are not a true local nor know anything about produce or this vendor. Fresh produce does has a shelf life. What you purchase, how you store it, and the time of year that you buy a product also impact how long it will keep.
I was born and raised in Redmond, have grown up with all the wonderful produce that Gil offers. I have patronized his varioius stands, buy from him almost weekly, know that he still works out in his fields, and even know many of the local farmers that he does business with. So, I can attest that his produce is fresh.
When you buy direct from a farmer, most of their roadside stands are like this. Buying from a farmer is a different experience than buying from PCC or Whole Foods, if that is what you are expecting. Try not to be so closed minded.
